There’s a great saying that says “it’s 5 o’clock somewhere” and that seems to be the prevailing attitude when you’re on vacation in Hawaii. Happy Hours can be a great way to take advantage of great prices on food and drinks and some of Hawaiis best bars, restaurants, and nightclubs.
